Sudan National RadioThe Sudanese state radio, located in the town of Ntumman, north of Khartoum, was built in 1940 and broadcast in Arabic, English, French and Somali languages. There are nine transmitters in the country and broadcasts in English, French and other languages for three and a half hours a day, in addition to 19 hours of programming in Arabic.
